Description
How does Viagra work?
Sildenafil is the active ingredient that Viagra uses to widen and relax the arteries in your penis thus allowing more blood to flow through. The penis grows to an erect state as more blood flows in and less flows out. Although viagra can last for up to 4 to 5 hours your erection will remain for only a fraction of that time, after climax your penis will return to a flaccid state until your next erection within the 4 to 5 hour period.
Why should I take Viagra?
- Starts to work in just 30 minutes
- Over 20 million men worldwide are prescribed it
- Clinically proven to treat erectile dysfunction
- One pill remains active for 4 to 5 hours
Clinical studies undertaken prove that the 3 available doses of Viagra 25mg, 50mg and 100mg are effective in users. During these studies 85% of men taking the 100mg dose reported that Viagra had helped them to achieve a better erection, over 70% of men taking the 50mg dose had a positive outcome and 60% of men taking the 25mg dose reported improved erections.
Viagra Dosage
Your doctor may start you off with the lowest dosage of 25mg if you have never used Viagra before. This dose is also recommened for men aged 65 and above and those with serious kidney or liver problems. If your body tolerates the lowest dosage and you want to have improved results next time around or if you are aged below 65 you can choose to have the 50mg or 100mg Viagra.
How do I take Viagra?
Take a Viagra tablet at least 30 minutes before you intend to have sex. Always stick to the dosage prescribed by your doctor and you should not take more than one tablet every 24 hours. You should always avoid eating large fatty meals before using the treatment to achieve the best possible results as meals high in fat can block the Viagra compound from functioning effectively. Do not use Viagra if you have recently recovered from a heart attack or stroke.
The following conditions may also limit you from obtaining the treatment:
- Lapp lactase deficiency
- Galactose intolerance
- Low blood pressure
- Severe heart disorder
- Decrease liver function
- Glucose-galactose malabsorption
Are there side effects?
People can be affected in different ways from the same medication, this is the same for Viagra. The most common side effect reported when using this medication is headache, which can occur for every 1 in 10 users. Between 1-10% of Viagra users can be affected by the following side effects:
- Nasal congestion
- Visual disturbances, such as blurred vision, blue tinge to vision
- Facial flushing
- Indigestion
- Dizziness
Uncommon Viagra side effects
Avoid taking any nitrate medication during treatment with Viagra as this can result in a drop in blood pressure below normal and other side effects. Alpha-blocker medicines can also cause a hazardous drop in blood pressure leading to dizziness or fainting when administered alongside Viagra.
Can I buy Viagra online?
Yes, firstly you must complete a free short consultation online with our doctor when you buy Viagra. This is a confidential process that replaces the face-to-face appointment that you would usually undergo to receive a prescription medication.
The medication can be sent from our pharmacy to arrive to you the very next day once our online doctor has approved you the treatment.

I am 46 and found that I was not consistently staying hard after prolonged sex or masturbating. My recovery time after orgasm seemed like days. I am not on any other medication, very active, and eat healthy. I also do not smoke or drink alcohol. I decided to bring it up and get a sample. I was pleasantly surprised! I did get a flush feeling that went away. Also, I might get a slight headache the next morning but can be cleared up by taking something. However, the benefits were solid erections when turned on. It also lasts, like others mentioned, into the next day but not as strong. Again, you must be turned on for this to work. If you are not attracted, in the mood, or desensitized/overworked then it may not work well.

I am 66 and in the last 12 months have suddenly started to have difficulty in maintaining an erection I am in the UK and bought Sildenafil online (although it was Viagra which arrived) in 25mg form. It seems extremely reasonably priced I bought it without telling my wife, and only used it after she suggested it. It felt like an admission of failure, and that she might think it was insulting to her. Intercourse has taken place twice now, both times around 2 hours after taking it. The erection is more like it was even fairly recently but not exceptional as reported elsewhere (so scored an 8). Have had little in the way of side effects so far. Perhap a larger dose has greater effect both good and bad Recommend it? Absolutely!

I am a 61 year old male having trouble getting erections. I take 50 mg of Viagra it works great for me. I get hard first time and it feels great, I get another erection later but can not ejaculate I have to wait a few days in between. But it is worth getting erections like in my 20 s again. Thank you my confidence is back. Enjoy sex again.

I was just wondering if anyone out there has the problems I am having with Viagra. It works great for and erection but lately I have notice I feel like I am going to ejaculate and hardly anything comes out. This has been happening for awhile now. Does this happen to anyone else out there. Pleasing my wife but not me.

I am 55 and was diagnosed with ED more than a year ago. After getting hit-and-miss results with testosterone creams and gels prescribed by family doctor, I went to a urologist, who prescribed T injections, along with Viagra. Now batting 100 percent. Viagra gives me the confidence I haven’t had for a long time. I’ve found that effects can last up to 12 hours. Slight flushing and sniffles only drawback but well worth it.

I am 60, I occasionally use viagra 50 or 100 for fun times with my lady. It is effective after one hour and lasts a day. 50mg is enough for me though I am 60. I can keep my sex desire till this age by using this pills.

I’m 71 and been using viagra or sildenafil for about a year. It is an wonderful drug but getting the dosage right is critical. I can still get an erection without help but it had become a bit unreliable. I started off taking half a 50mg tablet . It certainly worked but I felt it was just a bit too much. I now cut tablet into 4 and find a quarter of a tablet makes all the difference and barely gives me any side effects. The half tablet dose was too much for me. It gave a very strong erection but reduced the sensations and gave me a slight headache . So I reckon it’s worth experimenting to find the minimum dose you can get away with. (NB the low dose works better on a reasonably empty stomach)

100MG keeps me rock hard for several hours. My lady can’t believe that sex in our 50’s is actually better than 30 years ago. I do have retrograde ejaculation due to needing Flomax for urinary problems but there have been no side effects from the combination. Both of us miss the feeling of ejaculation, but the long lasting erection makes up for the issue.
